People often ask, “How can I get closer to Jesus?”
I don’t think it’s a matter of getting Him to come where we are – it’s about us going where HE is! It’s not about Him responding to our invitations; it’s about us responding to HIS invitation! He said, "Come to Me..." He invites us, "Follow Me..."
If we're going to follow Him; if we're going we want to be near Him, we need to go where He is. Jesus is with the broken, the forgotten, the left behind, the lonely, the unlovely, the hurting, the poor, the widows and orphans, the hungry and homeless, the lost and unreached! There are so many who have NEVER EVER heard His story!!
Let’s get closer to Jesus! Let's go where He is! Let’s follow Him to the places He leads us!
